Thick smoke could be seen rising in the distance as the sun set over Sydney. The fire appears to be right next to Sydney Airport.

Update: Reports said a factory was on fire in Mascot, the suburb where Sydney Airport is located.
It appears a large fire at a light industrial block near the airport.
