It’s really cold in Sydney and with another front coming it’s going be be even worse.

The biting cold winds that made Monday so uncomfortable around the place will be back.

Strong winds and cold 🥶 day are in full force in many places tomorrow. 

Wednesday will be another day for the heavier jackets across Sydney and the NSW region.

Snow in the mountains

It’s what weather forecasters are describing as a “polar jet” – a series of icy cold fronts brining snow to greater Sydney and the Australian Alps.

The cold air has been shooting out like a jet from Antarctica bringing crazy cold weather to the SE of Australia.

It’s snowing in Alpine areas across New South Wales, Victoria and Tasmania.
