A new entertainment venue is coming to Sydney, the Prince of York will host a wine bar, restaurant, tequila and mezcal bar and champagne bar.
The new Prince of York is being developed in the old heritage listed Grace building on York street.
The Grace Building is a heritage-listed building of the Federation Skyscraper Gothic style.
The new establishment is the vision of well know hospitality entrepreneurs Ed Loveday and Andy Emerson.
“[Prince of York] will definitely be a continuation of the style of drinks I like,” Loveday told Broadsheet Media
“Simple, produce and flavour-driven drinks with a strong focus on low ABV [alcohol by volume] and spritzes. The wine list will be a collection of my favourite producers I’ve worked with in the past.”
The venue will be split into a dining experience upstairs and a “hidden bar in the basement, which is all about champagne, tequila and mezcal”.
The Prince of York will open in June 2019.
